ALL CORE was engaged by Cowyn Building Group to complete specialist concrete cutting works as part of the Scots College swimming pool redevelopment. The scope included precise road sawing and hand sawing through the existing reinforced concrete pool structure to support demolition and excavation works. Working within an active educational facility, the team completed approximately 1,000 linear metres of cutting through 200mm thick reinforced concrete in just 2 days, allowing demolition and excavation works to proceed on schedule with safe, clean and accurate separation of concrete sections.
